I had a great experience at this clinic with Dr.Jas and Dr.Kay! I was on vacation and had a minor issue that bothered me. I got an appointment immediately, both doctors were very kind, patient and reassuring. They examined me, took two X-rays and explained each and every step. I got my problem solved in no time and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I was on holiday staying at Hyatt Centric, came across the dental clinic. While, I was able to get the appointment immediately which is impossible in the UK!
Dr Kay and her team are absolutely fantastic and professional. Veneers, whitening and hygiene took 2 hours worth the money. Perfectly achieved the beautiful smile.

Painful and expensive experience on 5/11/2024, 10:30am. RM300 for the airpolishing, which is usually non-invasive procedure (I have had it done several times). The past 40 years of my life I have heard from every dentist and orthodontist how well my gums and teeth have been taken care of and especially how they dont bleed. In this place I started spitting out blood and my gums become extremely inflamed + are still feel painful after 24h (please see the picture).
It was also explained to me how I would have three cavities on one side (which could not be seen in x-rays, but were explained to be under excisting filling...). Dr. Kay also said that I have gum recession which she wants to tend to, which would have meant my retainer would have had to be renewed. She tried to explain that i could use any clear retainer, likely so she could sell me one made in their office, which is ofc not as good quality as the one I get from Viveras (which is an official retainer provider of invisalign). I have had the office made retainer while I waited for my real retainers and can comfortable say the quality is nowhere near the real one.
Dr. Kay kept on repeating how "its been long time after your last appointment isn't it", which clearly is not the case. I just havenāt visited this office for many years (but have regularly visited my Invisalign Diamond certified ortho every 6 months, which is why it's a bit surprising three cavities would have appeared in such a short amount of time...). NOW I remember, why after my first visit I looked for a new dentist, even this one is the nearest of my house.
In this point I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave immediately, so after paying RM394 (for less than 20 min appointment) I left and will not return.

I highly recommend dentist@kl. Dr. Ray and her team were professional, caring and detailed. I had a filling replaced and two crowns put in. Throughout the process, Dr. Ray kindly shared the details of what was happening with my teeth, what she planned to do and why, as well as the options that were available.
